Feridax Exhibition Stand

The Brief
Exhibiting at the London Motorcycle Show, the client wanted a clever mix of contemporary fashion and iconic design.
The focus was to showcase their own-brand Spada range as if displayed on one of the top floors of the unfinished Empire State Building with a 1930’s backdrop.

What we did
Apex created a 9m x 6m platform floor with a distressed plank effect finish and large logo floor vinyls. We also built a 4m high rear wall and dressed with dye sublimated panels, showing a view of New York as it would have looked in 1930.
- Built a large storeroom behind the wall, running the full length of the stand
- Produced a 3.2m high painted girder structure and displayed three dressed mannequins imitating the 1930 iconic photograph of construction workers having lunch sitting on a girder
- Distressed oil drums and topped them with clear acrylic to create tables
- Used pallets as display plinths and distressed chairs to complete the aesthetic.
What our client had to say…
Just a note to say a massive thank you for your help – calm in the face of adversity as always guys! A big well done on a terrific stand. It’s always great when something turns out even better than you were thinking
