TQUK Exhibition Stand

The Brief

To design and build a 6m x 6m exhibition stand for Training Qualifications UK (TQUK) at the Apprenticeships & Training Conference 2026, creating an open, welcoming space that would attract visitors and support networking across the two-day event.

The stand needed to clearly communicate TQUK’s brand, maximise visibility within a compact footprint, and incorporate areas for both informal engagement and more focused discussions. A key requirement was to create a strong visual presence while maintaining an accessible and inviting layout.

What we did

Our approach focused on creating a high-impact, open stand design that combined modular construction with bespoke elements to maximise both visibility and engagement.

  • The stand was built using a BeMatrix modular framework, forming a striking curved overhead structure that acted as the visual centrepiece and helped define the space on the exhibition floor.
  • We incorporated graphic-wrapped plinths and a bespoke shelving unit, adding both functional display areas and strong brand presence throughout the stand.
  • The feature flooring with integrated LED strip lighting created a clean, defined stand footprint, enhancing visibility and subtly drawing visitors onto the stand. A ramped edge ensured the space remained fully accessible while maintaining a premium finish.
  • A mix of open seating and lounge-style areas was introduced to encourage visitors to step onto the stand and stay longer, supporting engaging conversations with the TQUK team.
  • A key highlight of the stand was the barista coffee service, which proved to be extremely popular throughout the event. This created a natural focal point, increasing footfall and providing a relaxed environment.

Overall, the design balanced strong visual impact with practicality, ensuring the stand remained busy, welcoming and effective across both days of the event.
