Laurus Labs Exhibition Stand

The Brief

To create a sleek custom exhibition stand that creates experiences and leads to genuine conversations year after year. In addition to the stand, Apex’s events team manage an evening dinner for over 150 customers and colleagues, hosted at prestigious venues aligned with each year’s CPHI location.

For CPHI 2025, this included the design and delivery of a brand-new stand spanning 299 sq m and an elegant evening celebration at the Städel Museum in Frankfurt, Germany.

What we did

Apex created a design which brought the Laurus Labs brand to the forefront, highlighting their identity in a bold and cohesive way across the hall including careful consideration of the floor plan, the likely flow of traffic, and the orientation of the space.

  • A space to facilitate a busy schedule of meetings and customer hospitality (with 8 enclosed meeting rooms for scheduled meetings throughout the day)
  • Innovative use of stand technology and lighting to enhance the brand, including 2 large video walls to showcase dynamic brand content
  • A dedicated servery offering a selection of high-quality Indian meals each lunchtime, along with tea and coffee.
  • The popular Gelato Bar, drawing long queues for ice cream throughout the day
  • A lush display of greenery and living walls to create a calm, natural aesthetic
  • Innovative lighting and stand technology to enhance the Laurus Labs presence and create visual impact
  • A fully operational kitchen, including fridge, freezer and storage facilities to support seamless on-stand hospitality

To mark 20 years of Laurus Labs, Apex designed and managed a spectacular evening of art, music and appreciation at the Städel Museum in Frankfurt.

Guests enjoyed caricaturists and dedicated art tours through the museum’s stunning collection and an incredible crystal cello performance.

The event was a fitting celebration of two decades of innovation and success.
