The Brief

Design and build a welcoming stand that understands the complexity of the world in which their audience operates in, with a focus on the people they serve. It needed to be a hub for people to meet, have a coffee, catch up and share insights. This stand had to be bold encouraging those all important conversations.

What we did

Apex designed a 6×4 Island stand offering a warm and inviting space for colleagues and visitors to network and engage. An exhibition stand is so much more than materials and branding, its the conversations and lasting impression it has on the delegates which is what we achieved with the Newton stand. A comfortable and interesting environment.

What did the stand include?

• A mix of custom built and modular elements which can be reused for future events
• Inclusion of good lighting with pendant lights
• Various Illuminated 3D lettering and lightboxes
• Custom booth / bench seating
• Coffee bar
• Soft wooden feature walls
• Foliage and greenery
