The Brief
To design and deliver a fully bespoke Christmas pop-up experience for Joybuy in one of London’s most iconic and high-profile locations.
The activation at Tower Bridge needed to create a festive environment that would attract visitors, encourage engagement and bring the Joybuy brand to life through an immersive experience. As a one-day event running from 10am to 6pm, every element had to be carefully planned and executed with precision, ensuring seamless installation, operation and dismantle within a tight timeframe.
The stand needed to function as a fully operational café while creating a visually striking presence that would stand out in a busy public space and encourage visitors to stop and interact with the brand.



What we did
Apex designed, built and delivered a fully bespoke Joybuy Christmas pop-up, creating a vibrant and inviting branded environment that captured the festive spirit while ensuring complete functionality.
The activation included:
- A custom-built timber café structure, designed and manufactured specifically for the event
- Full Joybuy brand integration across all surfaces, including bold, high-impact graphics and cohesive visual storytelling
- A raised platform installation to elevate the stand and create a defined, premium visitor space
- A fully operational coffee service area, designed to handle high visitor volumes efficiently
- Carefully integrated lighting to enhance atmosphere and visual impact throughout the day
- Festive design elements and interactive features to encourage engagement and create a memorable visitor experience
- Strategic layout planning to support visitor flow and accessibility
In addition to the physical build, Apex managed the entire end-to-end process, including:
- Full project management from concept through to delivery
- Transport and logistics coordination
- Complete on-site installation
- On-site support to ensure smooth operation
- Full dismantle and removal following the event
