We're looking for an innovative 3D Exhibition Stand designer who gives the wow-factor not only with thier designs and CAD drawings but also to contribute to new creative ideas and ways of working. There will be Management of client artwork and designs when required and insruction to colleagues and contractors to ensure accurate production. Communicate and collaborate with design colleagues, internal Account & Project Managers, Production Teams, Customers, and their Agencies
Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in CAD Software (ideally SolidWorks & Cinema4d)
- Experience ideally in the design of Exhibition Stands or similar e.g. retail display
- Apple Mac/PC software skills to include InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator would be beneficial
- A curious, creative and enthusiastic nature
- The ability to respond quickly to customer feedback and work on multiple opportunities on an Agile basis
- Be well presented and an articulate communicator and able to confidently talk customers through your designs and creative choices
- Have a thirst for new technologies and willingness to try new ways of creating and enhancing your designs e.g. through 3D Animation & AI
Qualifications required
- A 3D design qualification to degree level, or equivalent experience, is essential. A good all-round GCSE education, with literacy & PC literacy
- Minimum 1 year’s work experience of 3D design, preferably within the Event/ Exhibition industry
- An understanding of 2D graphic design would be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Design
- Translate ideas, sketches, and written client briefs into exciting and innovative 3D designs
- Identify client’s brand, target audience, key messaging, and market position to ensure concepts align with their goals
- Attend client meetings to aid in the successful capture of a project brief alongside the sales team
- Present concepts, mood boards, floor plans, and renderings using creative storytelling to explain design intent
- Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, competitors, materials etc.
- Present a strong portfolio demonstrating visualisation ability
- An understanding of design intent, technical build capabilities, and the impact of H&S regulations and on-site considerations on project outcomes
- Ability to work under pressure and independently
- Exceptional eye for detail
- Commercial awareness to work within client budgets, guided by the sales team
- Good communicator, strong ability to listen, reflect, and act on briefs and feedback
- Knowledge and ability to use the Adobe suite
- Excellent organisational skills – ability to manage multiple projects and ensure time is utilised efficiently
- Comfortable working in a collaborative environment with input from multiple stakeholders working towards a unified goal
- Other Duties
- Occasional off-site installation of stands & graphics at exhibitions/events to gain creative inspiration and technical build knowledge
- Attending client meetings, presenting and giving input and guidance on creative ideas
- Contribution to the research and development of new ideas for efficiency and development

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning,coordinating, and executing a wide range of Exhibition projects in the U.K andabroad. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills,time management, and meticulous planning.

Duties
- Project Management: Lead the planning, coordination, andexecution of exhibition stand projects, ensuring all elements are delivered ontime and within budget.
Client Liaison to understand their requirements and ensureall details are captured
Manage project budgets and negotiate contracts with avariety of suppliers
Source and coordinate logistics including catering, IT / audiovisualequipment, & transportation
Oversee Exhibition builds around the UK and beyond fromstart to finish
Coordinate with internal teams and directors to ensureseamless execution
Provide on-site management and troubleshoot any issues thatmay arise
Conduct post project evaluations to gather feedback andidentify areas for improvement
Working out-of-hours during weekends and evenings whenrequired on your projects across the UK and Overseas occasionally.
This is an ideal opportunity for a Junior Account Manager,Account Manager or Project Manager within the Exhibitions, Events or RetailSectors, with experience of delivering projects, ideally in an agency environment to tight deadlines.
